Deposit and Booking Info


Deposits:

The deposit paid is for the agreed design at the time of booking in.

All appointments are only booked in the diary once we have received a deposit.

Either £20 per hour quoted or £100 for a full day of tattooing. your artist will confirm this prior to payment.

ALL deposits are non-refundable.

ALL deposits are non-transferable to another date or time within 72 hours of the appointment.

ALL deposits are non-transferable to vouchers.

ALL deposits are non transferable of the design and are for the design discussed prior to payment.

Deposits can not be transferred between customers or artists.

Any additional payments made towards the total price of the tattoo will be treated as an additional deposit and fall under the same terms and conditions as the original deposit.

Should you become unable to be tattooed or pierced either due to pregnancy, ill health confirmed by a doctor, or other we will hold your deposit for a maximum of one year form the date we have seen written communication or until there is a suitable time for you to rebook, at the owners discretion.

Should you need to move your appointment, giving more than 72 hours notice, we will allow a maximum of 2 new dates. After this you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook the appointment.

Booking an appointment:

If you’re reading this you’ve probably just booked your tattoo or piercing, either online via email or social media. Or you’ve been into the studio and received an appointment card.

Either way you will only have a confirmed appointment with your selected artist if you have paid your deposit, see above.

Please be aware if you’re having a custom tattoo piece designed it will be drawn up either the day before the appointment or it will be ready for you to see upon arrival on the day of your tattoo and any tweaks or changes can made once you’re in the studio.

We are CASH only in the studio, so please be prepared. There are cash points within walking distance, however some charge a small fee to withdraw money.

If you are paying using Cold Iron Tattoo Vouchers, please let us know on arrival so we can ensure they are in date and valid to use. If they are out of date they will be null and void.

Bring valid photo ID with you, just incase. Passport, driving licence, provisional driving licence or citizen card can be used. You must be 18 to get a tattoo!

Currently we are 16+ for piercings with valid ID and parental consent.
