Just a little reminder…

Whenever you’ve had a tattoo your body will need time to repair.
If you’re having a large tattoo or a long sitting we would always advise taking it easy that evening and next day.
You will most probably be sore and tired. So put a pin in those social plans straight after your new tattoo.

Here are some top tips from our artists:

Alex: ‘If you tattoo is itchy put your aftercare in the fridge to cool your tattoo on the next application’

Nicola: ‘Stay hydrated, eat a decent meal before your tattoo’

If you are having a full day sitting a good breakfast can get you in your way to sitting ‘like a champ’

Don’t forget to bring snack and lunch if you’re in for the long haul!

Breakfast of the week: Overnight oats

Give yourself the fuel to sit well for your appointment.
